Alert badges are colored visible cues that signal that a certain question and/or answer needs your attention. They could also signal if certain processes are going well.

Alert badges can be assigned to several types of "questions", which can be used in the case history (case history questions), medical history (questionnaire), and treatment report.

The following type of questions can be assigned with alert badges:

  • Yes/No

  • Checkboxes

  • Radio buttons

  • Dropdowns

The system supports traffic light colors:

  • Green

  • Orange

  • Red

In this next section, we will show you how to set up colored alert badges for the medical history questions:

  1. Open the menu > record settings > medical questions

  2. Select the applicable medical question

  3. scroll down to the section "Alert Badges"

  4. Choose which answer should give you a colored alert

  5. Scroll down and hit Save

❗️Important notice

  1. After setup, alert badges only apply to new records (so you will not see them in old records)

  2. Alert badges are not visible to patients when answering medical questions from home
