Clinicminds supports patient wallets. Online (pre) payments will automatically be added to the patient's wallet, but it's also possible to manually add money (credits) to a patient's wallet.

When a wallet credit is spent, this will show in the cash register as 'wallet spending'. This way, you can keep track of how many wallet credits were spent during a day.

When money is added manually to a patient's wallet, this will also show in the cash register as 'money added to wallet'.
