Red lines in flowchart: Patient comes for a treatment and pays afterwards (full or partial).

Green line in flowchart: Patient comes for a treatment and pays invoices immediately at clinic. 

Yellow line in flowchart: Registration of payment (partial or full). This is often done by the back-office (finance dept).
