When using a DSLR camera or other external devices like a smartphone, you will need to upload the patient photo’s using Clinicminds on your desktop/laptop.

To add a photo to a record on a PC, open the appropriate record. Click the treatment tab. Next click on the camera icon, look up your picture file and insert it.

When shooting the pictures with an external device other than an iPad you can use the reference patient information screen to find the matching patient photo's and assign it to the correct record afterwards.

When you are in the treatment tab on your desktop/laptop, click on the reference link.

Make a photo of the patient information window as below and shoot pictures of the patient in front of you. This window will be your reference when looking the photo's up in the folder.
