Sometimes, you may notice a green Paid-label appearing next to scheduled appointments in your calendar.
This label serves as an indicator of the patient's billing history. A similar label can also be found next to some of the patient's history buttons. This label isn't tied to any specific category or treatment; instead, it provides a quick overview of the status of the most recent treatment plan for that patient.
Possible statuses include:
Unpaid - Represents an unpaid, unexpired, or approved/rejected quote.
Outstanding - Indicates a full or partial outstanding invoice.
Paid - Signifies a fully paid invoice and any unused credit for treatments/products in the current treatment plan.
Once all credits for treatments and products in a treatment plan have been utilized, the label will disappear. If there is still a historical treatment plan with unused credit, the label will remain visible.
To see more details, you can click the history button within the patient's file. This will provide an overview of the patient's treatment plans and their respective statuses, including any unused credits.
