Whenever a user lost his password the administrator is able to reset this password. To do so, open menu > App-settings > Users > User accounts.
Next select the appropriate user. Select the checkbox ‘reset password’. Finally hit the save button.A new password will be sent to the email address as specified in this user window.
When to Contact Support
You should contact support in the following situations:
• You are using a single-user account and have forgotten your password.
• You are the administrator and have forgotten your password.
NOTE: After receiving a new password, the user is able to change the password as desired.
