Practitioners can receive their next day schedule daily via e-mail at 20:00 hours. This way a practitioner is informed about the next day taks, apart of the calendar feed the practitioner can subscribe to.

To activate this service, open menu> app settings > users > user accounts.
Choose the applicable user account and open the settings window. Next, scroll down to the daily schedule section and select the appropriate radio button.

Important: Keep in mind that the next day schedule could change when using the online scheduler. The schedule, which is sent at 20:00 hours, is an indication of the next day.  Instruct physicians to check the mobile app to review their schedule for most up to date information.
