Sometimes, you’ll come across a red cross or green checkmark beside your patient’s name, birth date details or National identification number:

This means there’s a discrepancy with the information they submitted online instead of what’s on their patient file. When you add a patient and fill in their information, and you then set schedule an appointment for them. The appointment confirmation requests the patient to submit data. Now, this red check mark will appear if they put in details that don’t match what was initially inputted.

No worries as this don’t really affect anything functionality-wise, it simply serves as a reminder that there’s a detail that doesn’t match.

To get rid of it, simply match the details that are on the identification window:

Click on the ‘Edit patient’ button, save the adjustment, and you’re set; now you’ll see that the red check mark/cross is gone.
