Welcome to the future of record-keeping in the realm of medical aesthetics and clinic management! We are thrilled to introduce Quinn, our revolutionary AI assistant, meticulously crafted to transform the way cosmetic clinics approach documentation and patient records.

Quinn’s initial feature – AI Transcription – is a game-changer, offering unparalleled efficiency and accuracy in transcribing consultation and treatment recording. This innovative tool not only streamlines the documentation process but also ensures that your focus remains on what truly matters – providing exceptional care to your clients.

In this article, we'll guide you through initializing and utilizing Quinn's AI Transcription, demonstrating how it seamlessly integrates into your clinic's workflow, enhancing both the practitioner's and patient's experience.

Activation

The first time you'll activate the Transcription feature, you will receive the introduction screen.

You will also be asked to accept the terms and select the correct microphone for the device that you're using. Finally, select the correct language.

After selecting both, Quinn is ready to use!

Using Transcription

To use the transcription, just simply click on the microphone icon where you want to add information to the treatment record.

💡Tip

Speak normally, in full sentences, like you would do in a conversation. Don't use short clips of text, as is often done during typing.

After clicking the microphone icon, the counter will start running. Speak into the device you're using. When you're done with speaking, end by clicking on the "stop" icon.

Nou Quinn will transcribe the spoken text and will add it to the correct section in the treatment record.

  2. Select the ellipsis icon (three dots).

  3. Next, select the correct language or change to the correct microphone.
