Set up a treatment reminder
When adding a treatment to the clinic settings > e-mail & SMS messaging > treatment reminders, you can specify a default treatment reminder term.
Make sure the send treatment reminder checkbox is active in the "send to patient" pop-up. If you don't edit the reminder term, the default set up reminder term will be used.
Edit reminder term
To edit the reminder term, click on the alarm icon. Set the reminder to a custom reminder term. Choose the desired number of days. Finally hit the save button.
If needed, treatment and product reminders can be disabled in a closed record.
Note: If a follow-up appointment is already scheduled, the system will ignore sending the treatment reminder.
