When adding a treatment, which is performed in the clinic, to the clinic settings, you can specify a default treatment reminder term.

In the treatment tab, after registering the performed treatment, click the checkbox sent treatment reminders via e-mail.

To edit the reminder term, click on the alarm icon. Set the reminder to a custom reminder term. Choose the desired number of days. Finally hit the save button.
