When a patient arrives at the clinic, the front-desk assistant is able to mark the patient as ‘arrived’. This will immediately show a chair icon in the patient record on the dashboard. This way, the practitioner, who is expecting the patient, will be informed that the patient is in and waiting for the practitioner.
There are two options to mark a patient as ‘arrived’. The first is directly from the dashboard.
The other option is from within the calendar.
