If you love the iPhone camera, you can use the Clinicminds iPhone app to add photos to a record.

When opening the iPhone app, click the camera icon at the top of the dashboard. A new screen will appear where you can see all open records. Select the record to which you wish to add a photo. Next, click on a camera icon to shoot the images.
