To enable the options for patients to leave a comment while they schedule their appointment online, open the following window: menu > clinic settings > Calendar > Online booking settings > General settings.

Scroll down and click the checkbox Allow patients to enter comments when booking

Now patients will get the opportunity to leave a comment during the process of online booking.

The clinic will be able to read the comment while approving the appointment.
