Groups in the online scheduler can be used to present certain services together.
For example: Let’s assume the clinic provides Laser or IPL hair removal and wants patients to schedule treatments per region like the face, arms or legs.
In this example it’s convenient to be able to group the Laser / IPL treatments together.
To create a group of treatments, open menu > clinic settings > calendar > services
Add existing service to a group
Open an existing service, click on group. Add the service to a group.
Create a new group
Creating a new group is always a combination of choosing an existing service and create a new group, or create both a new service and a new group.
Deleting a group
Once you’ve removed all service from a group, the group name will be deleted automatically.
