In this screen, use the filters to find the appropriate quote. Press ‘invoice’ on the right to convert the quote to an invoice. You can also immediately register a payment if one has been received, or mark the full amount as ‘outstanding’
An invoice will be generated and the quote will be transferred to

The advantage of sending an invoice before a payment is made, is that it urges patients to make the payment. The disadvantage is that when patients change their mind and cancel the treatment, you need to credit the invoice (which is more administrative work)
Alternatively
Navigate to the patient card, select the treatment plan/Quote you created earlier (make sure it’s closed) - On the generated quote, press ‘invoice’ and follow the same steps as above.
