Sometimes it’s convenient or desirable to add general notes, attentions, or warnings to your patient overview. Think for example about mentioning allergies, disorders, an upcoming marriage, vacation, or other details about your patient that needs to be considered.
Note: be aware of the fact that these notes can be edited by all users that can edit patient details. Treatment sensitive information should be noted in a treatment or review record.
Add notes
Open a patient overview window. Click the edit button of the personal patient information. See the edit button in the above image.
Add the details to the notes, attention, or warning field. Finish up with the save button.
